L.A.B. Method is a needed leadership development and assessment solution being implemented by large-scale foundations and family offices to maximize their investment in global not for profits.

We worked with Jay and his team to clarify their unique value proposition, and extend it across their fundraising strategies, messaging, and visuals. In addition Cory and Craig leveraged their network to open doors for Jay and his team to find new funders to increase the amount of global projects they could invest in.

Like so many organizations, Jay and his team had already built a solution to a much needed problem in the not for profit space. But after clarifying how to pitch it’s uniqueness and value to the right audiences and donors, L.A.B. Method was set to reach its unique potential.
