Modtub reinvented themselves as a cold plunge company after designing a business model around durable, cost-effective hot tubs. Their shift in product has caused a massive growth in all areas, necessitating aligning strategy with tactics to make the most of this wave of interest in cold plunging.
We honed in the unique value proposition around the cold plungers planning to “stick with it,” playing into the motives of the core customer set as well as the Modtubs focus on durability and local manufacturing. After aligning strategy, web, social, paid, and photo/video with the unique value proposition Modtub is owning their own space in a massively growing vertical of health and wellness.
